What Are These Quechua Classes?
These Quechua classes introduce travelers to the Indigenous language spoken throughout the Andes and in many of the communities connected to Awamaki’s tours and partnerships. Based in Ollantaytambo, lessons are designed for beginners and focus on simple communication and cultural understanding.
By learning directly from Quechua speakers, you’ll gain insight into how language connects to identity, tradition, and daily life in the Sacred Valley.
It’s an opportunity to engage more directly with Andean culture through the language still spoken in many communities throughout the region.
